Brett Velasquez

Director

Brett is the Director of Anathan Disability Services, an NDIS-registered provider supporting people throughout Melbourne's South East, South Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley.

Brett began his career on the frontline as a disability support worker and personal care assistant, and brings over six years' experience across disability and aged care. He holds a Certificate IV in Ageing Support.

Working alongside older people and people with disabilities every day showed Brett the real difference that consistent, respectful support makes in someone's life. He founded Anathan to deliver exactly that: a reliable service built on dignity, independence and choice for every person it supports.

Today, Brett works closely with participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care, including Supported Independent Living and support for people with complex needs.

Sandra Velasquez

Manager

Sandra is the Manager of Anathan Disability Services, bringing over six years' experience in the disability sector. She holds a Certificate IV in Disability Support.

Sandra started out working on the floor as a disability support worker, and that hands-on approach has never left her. She still works directly with participants, which keeps her closely connected to the people Anathan supports, the staff delivering that support, and what's working day to day.

Sandra oversees the quality and consistency of Anathan's services across Melbourne's South East, South Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley, making sure every participant receives support that is reliable, respectful and focused on their goals.
